I hold a bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Tennessee and bring over 12 years of experience in commercial property management. My expertise spans office, retail, multi-use, association, and industrial properties.

In my most recent role as Senior Property Manager for a global corporation, I managed nearly one million square feet of commercial assets, including leading on-site operations for a 200,000-square-foot Class A office building in Chapel Hill. My responsibilities included supervising staff, managing budgets, overseeing lease administration (full-service and triple net leases), and conducting employee training and performance reviews.

• Budget development, monthly financial analysis, and client reporting.
• Year-end operating expense reconciliations, including team training.
• Proficiency in accrual-based accounting, depreciation, and cash flow management.
